Resilience Resources

During our resilience training sessions, many participants have expressed the wish to have workbooks so they can work on key elements of building their resilience in their own time. So we’ve developed these downloadable resources, drawing on our Five Pillars of Resilience, and we plan to continue to grow the resource bank. Each workbook is available in a print and digital format, so choose the version most appropriate for you. They’ve been wonderfully illustrated and designed by the amazing Sharon Armstrong.

Stitch Your Parahchute is a small social enterprise and we rely on things like the revenue from these resource downloads to fund our work building resilience.
