About Stitch Your Parachute

Stitch Your Parachute is a social enterprise dedicated to building personal and organisational resilience, and was founded in 2019 by Carmel Cardona. Carmel delivers training and 1:1 coaching in resilience, leadership, and professional wellbeing. She provides strategic consultancy to organisations, conducting evaluation reports, research and facilitation. Stitch Your Parachute primarily works with the cultural, creative and social impact sectors. Carmel brings knowledge from two decades in senior leadership in the cultural sector to this work, as well as training from the LSE and the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is currently a PhD researcher at King’s College London in the Global Health and Social Medicine department, conducting research into quality of life in cancer survivorship.
